About the Client

When we partnered with this leading animal health company, they carried six decades of legacy on their shoulders, a proud history of nurturing India's livestock and poultry industries through nutritional feed supplements, vaccines, growth promoters, and veterinary health solutions. With 1,500 dedicated employees and strategic collaborations with global organizations, they had built deep expertise and market presence across the entire animal health ecosystem. 

Following a strategic separation from their parent organization, they needed to transform from a dependent subsidiary into a fully independent, digitally empowered enterprise. Their legacy SAP ECC system had served them well under the parent company, but it couldn't carry them into their independent future. 

They needed a foundation strong enough to support ambitious expansion plans, agile enough to drive innovation in the competitive pharmaceutical sector, and integrated enough to unify finance, procurement, manufacturing, and quality under one digital roof.

The complexity of separation: Disassociation from the parent organization's shared systems while maintaining business continuity was no small feat. They couldn't afford disruption during this sensitive transition period, yet they needed to establish completely independent operations quickly. 

Fragmented operational and financial data: Their legacy SAP ECC environment didn't provide the real-time, integrated view they needed across finance, procurement, manufacturing, and quality. Leaders required instant visibility to make data-informed decisions. 

Manual workflows slowing Pace: All the business activities were being handled manually. From checking credit limits to searching through folders for documents, updating spreadsheets, etc., was tedious and time-consuming.
